Mathathane Primary School in the Tuli Region of Botswana, shared a few photos from lessons which they have been conducting in their weekly Eco-Clubs.
Eco-Club teacher at Mathathane, Dimpho Mangogola, ran the Web of Life lesson with the children. During this lesson, the children learn about the trophic levels, and how each level is dependent on the next. This is then shown in a practical activity which demonstrates the web of life, connecting producers, consumers and decomposers with a ball of string – creating a web of life.
