A CITW Kenya Lesson on Human-Wildlife Conflict

Children in the Wilderness Kenya’s Eco-Clubs are going from strength to strength, and we are very proud of the passion and knowledge we see coming out of them.

In Laikipia’s Mugie Conservancy , Suguta Mugie Primary School held a session on human-wildlife conflict, exploring the causes and mitigation strategies, while emphasising the interconnectedness of conservation efforts.

The students and their dedicated Eco-Mentors had lively discussions, concluding that conservation is an interconnected system where every individual’s effort is vital.

They left the session with a renewed sense of urgency and a shared commitment to creating a harmonious coexistence between humans and wildlife.
