Charlotte Adams is a Sabyinyo guest who visited a SACOLA (Sabyinyo Community Livelihood Association) community near Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park some years ago.
Her experience was so affecting she immediately pledged her support for SACOLA, and has subsequently donated a total of 38 cows to carefully selected villagers over the years.
On 26 September 2022, the most recent handover of 10 cows was made to 10 families comprising widows and other vulnerable women identified in the community.
Thanks to Charlotte, some of her friends have started contributing to this initiative as well. They include Bruce and Esther Wager, who have donated eight cows.
