Where are they Now? Kaone Cane Samakata

It’s always wonderfully affirming to hear from former Eco-Club members. Cane is an uplifting example of a child that was on the CITW programme throughout primary school – excelling to the point of being chosen to attend the Southern African Wildlife College (SAWC) bridging course.

He notes that “after the SAWC course I obtained my Professional Guide’s licence, and am currently working on embracing my knowledge and experience. My aim is to work at Wilderness Safaris, since I love their standard of guiding skills. But for now am working as a freelance guide for different mobile safaris”.

Good luck with your future aspirations, Cane. With your ability and determination, we are sure you will only go from strength to strength!
