CITW recently held a board meeting that was attended by Dr Sue Snyman the regional coordinator of the programme from the head office in Johannesburg. As part of her role Dr Sue hopes to strengthen the programme by assisting with both standardising core program objectives and improving on governance of the programme across the regions. She presented to the Namibian board members the framework within the programme should be run as well as the role of the board members in steering the programme to greater heights. It was a welcome input from Dr Sue and it helped the programme and the people involved in running the programme to understand the goal in view of what is happening in the other regions.
