In April 2015 The Mike Bikes Foundation donated 24 bicycles and cycling gear to CITW Eco-Clubs in Botswana (see Quarter Two 2015 newsletter for more information on the handover). As transport in the villages is a challenge, bicycles are an ecologically and financially sustainable vehicle that will provide positive change in the lives of children who stay far from school. CITW ran an art competition to select winners to receive the bicycles. Each school was asked to do any form of art based on the theme: Okavango Delta. Below are photos of some of the artwork done by the children for the competition.
