Where is he now? Franco Morao from Namibia achieves his dreams through Children in the Wilderness and Wilderness Safaris

Born at Gobabis and placed in Windhoek’s SOS Children’s Village when he was just two years old, Morao has been connected to Wilderness Safaris since he was teenager. Franco joined Children in the Wilderness (CITW) while at school, and attended a CITW annual camp every year since 2002. He is still actively involved in CITW Programmes, and often helps in the role of camp director.

Franco Morao is now an Explorations guide for Wilderness Safaris Namibia and is a true ambassador for Children in the Wilderness.

“Everyone has dreams. For me my dream was and still is to be a successful ambassador for my country. I can achieve this through Children in the Wilderness and Wilderness Safaris Namibia, both of which have helped me so much.” – Morao
