CITW Namibia donates new school uniforms to Eco-Club members

Children in the Wilderness (CITW) Namibia recently donated much-needed school uniforms and stationery supplies to learners who are members of our Eco-Clubs at partner schools across the Kunene Region.

The learners are from TH.F. !Gaeb Primary School in the Doro !Nawas Conservancy, Jakob Basson Combined School in the Torra Conservancy, Elias Amxab Combined School in the Sesfontein Conservancy, Otjinungua Primary School in the Marienfluss Conservancy, Otjetjekua Primary School in the Ehi Rovipuka Conservancy, and Warmquelle Primary School in the Anabeb Conservancy. Each learner received a school uniform, stationery, and prescribed curriculum books to help cover the shortfall of books that schools are currently experiencing.

By providing these essentials, we aim for as many Namibian children as possible to attend school dressed in a complete uniform, and to be motivated to do their best with the textbooks they have received.

The learners were eager to try on their new school uniforms and look forward to enjoying their academic journeys even more now. Our goal is for learners to focus in class, and to participate confidently in school activities.
