Stefanus Nangombe

Namibia – Stefanus Nangombe: CITW Programme Coordinator

Stefanus is the CITW Namibia program coordinator and joined CITW in 2011 with a background in Children and Youth Education Programs; HIV/Aids Education and Prevention; as well as management skills at regional and national level, most recently having worked at Catholic Aids Action as a Children and Youth Development National Coordinator. Stefanus possess an honors degree from the International University of Management in HIV/AIDS Management. He also recently acquired a certificate in Community Work with Children and Youth via the University of Kwazulu Natal in collaboration with the Regional Psychosocial Support Initiative (REPSSI) and the Namibian college of open learning (NAMCOL). Stefanus brings to the program 8 years of experience in working with children and youth, corroborating with schools and community based organisations. He was born in the northern part of Namibia in a village and grew up in the bush until high school; providing an understanding of the importance of conservation and the bush life. He likes children and would go an extra mile to address their needs as well as guiding the youth to make informed decisions in the lives.
