Thanks to Candyce Stapen of FamilyiTrips and Henny’s Kids the children of this Zambian village near Toka Leya Camp received a thrilling donation of soccer balls! You can see the children’s happy faces on receiving their donation, by watching the video on our Facebook page here. Footage courtesy Michael Namafente from Zambia.

Candyce’s mother, Henny (Henrietta), was an elementary school teacher in the United States. She was completely dedicated to the value of education and its importance for young minds. In honour of her memory, Henny’s Kids was formed with the intention of bringing education through collaborative learning to rural schools in Africa. Candyce is a travel journalist in the US and as such she has had the opportunity to visit Africa on many occasions.
