A bit of a different take on this story – a dad reports on how Children in the Wilderness (CITW) is positively impacting his family:
“I am one of the community member and the father of one of CITW member. I learnt a lot from my child, since she joined the Eco-Club she always tells us about how our environment is important to us and our animals. She always tell us not to harm animals and not to cut the trees as they gives us shelter and protect us from danger, some birds are nesting on those trees and they also gives us oxygen. CITW gives our children power to work in teams and manage to reach goals set. It also encourage them to learn English and help them to communicate with other people from different countries. I think this programme will help them to become good leaders.”
