‘Flying high for kids’ trip from Zimbabwe to Maun – Andrew tells all

Before Andrew Parker from Flying High for Kids arrived in Maun and met with local school children (and took a lucky few for a short flight), he had an inspiring adventure through Zimbabwe. We think you’ll find it pretty adventurous and inspiring too!

Here’s what Andrew had to say about his trip from Zimbabwe to Botswana:

“The 750km trip from Zimbabwe to Botswana was an interesting one. [I] only just managed to get to Maun with almost no brakes, a leaking radiator, plus a whole list of other problems. Being no stranger to mechanics, it was straight to a workshop when I arrived. The truck’s had had a hard time travelling through Africa, and has served me well I must say, so I can’t complain too much.

The good thing was the scenery was very nice. Enjoy the pics of the trip to Maun, Jakalasi Primary School in Zimbabwe, and looking around town with my friend, Ace.”
