Eco-Club Members at Elias Amaxab Combined School in the Sesfontein Constituency, celebrated Heritage Day on the 24th of September 2019. The children shared stories of who they are, where they grew up and what they do culturally to celebrate milestone events in their respective cultures.
The Eco-Club members were dressed up in their traditional attire, they sang, danced and celebrated each other’s differences and understanding that each individual is unique. They have learned that it is a beautiful thing to celebrate heritage.
