I am Kelebogile “Kelly” Baitshoki, a hardworking, self-motivated and talented lady from Moshupa Village. I have completed my Degree in Tourism Management in 2013 and in 2014 I joined Okavango Wilderness Safaris through the National Internship Programme as an intern.
It was during my thesis that I started to understand a lot about nature. The first experience I had while doing the field work was interesting as it was where I understood the benefits of taking care of our natural resources both to human beings and the environment. I was working in different departments as part of my internship programme. I have worked at Wilderness Training Office, doing the administration of the office, and I have doing management training in different Wilderness camps, I was also in the Human Resource Department during my training. I was privileged to assist our guests in camps as a bush buddy for a brief while.
I am am passionate to work within a conservation organisation like Children in the Wilderness.
